Mount Hospital has over 200 secure paid parking bays available for patients and visitors close to the Hospital entrance as well as additional spaces between the two medical centres located next door.
Parking is accessible from Mounts Bay Road.
A patient drop off and pick up zone is available at the main entrance. Parking in this zone is restricted to five minutes.
We have designated disabled bays located on the east side of the main hospital entrance.
Vehicles must display a valid blue disabled permit and must park in designated disabled bays.
Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the hospital. Speak to our front reception staff who will arrange with volunteers to bring a wheelchair, subject to availability.
We are conveniently situated within the CBD free transit zone and are easily accessible by public bus.
The 950 route operates frequently every day both from and to the Esplanade Bus station.
The bus stop is directly outside reception for buses to the Esplanade Bus station, and across the road when coming from the city. For further information please refer to the Transperth website
Automatic Teller Machine
An ATM is located in the foyer of 146 Mounts Bay Road, next to the lifts and Hudsons Coffee.
Mount Hospital prides itself on providing nutritional and flavoursome meals. Visitor meals can be purchased. Please speak to someone at the nurses station to order a visitor meal.

Hudson’s Coffee Shop is located next to the front entrance of the hospital and offers hot beverages and fresh salads and sandwiches.

Mount Hospital provides care for many patients from rural areas, from time to time relatives will require local accommodation whilst their loved one is in hospital.

Comprising of 71 serviced apartments including Studios and One Bedroom Apartments. Studios are the perfect alternative to a hotel room and have kitchens. The One Bedroom Apartments are ideal for 2- 3 people or those staying a little longer looking for a home away from home experience with full kitchens and laundry facilities
Sullivan’s Hotel is located next door to Mount Hospital, alternatively Mounts Bay Waters Apartments are located approximately 500m away.

We encourage you to visit your family and friends at Mount Hospital. In doing so, please be mindful of other patients in the hospital and ensure your visiting hours are kept between 3pm and 8pm
In order for our patients to get the best possible rest, the avoidance of overstimulation is important and therefore we ask that you observe our rest periods.
We encourage a rest period for all patients between 1pm - 3 pm daily. This rest is important to the patient’s recovery.
Please consider the patient's state of health and that of any other patients sharing the room.
We kindly ask that an adult closely supervise visiting children at all times.
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) visitors are limited to next of kin and immediate family only in ICU.
All visitors are asked to wait in the ICU Visitor lounge until a nurse is able to escort you into the unit.
There is a limit of two visitors at a time in the ICU.
Please check with the nurse regarding children visiting.
