Priority Admission Service

Our Priority Admission Service (PAS) is a one-stop emergency access service which enables direct admission for DVA and private insured cardiac and respiratory patients.

If you are experiencing acute chest pain or cardiac related symptoms including chest pain or tightness or discomfort and/ or shortness of breath get help fast by either calling an Ambulance on 000 and asking for Mount Hospital or calling our Priority Admission Service on 1800 668 681 (free call).

Our onsite Medical Officers will immediately assess you and admit you to our Critical Care Unit. Our Medical Officers are on-site 24/7. Following admission you will be put under the care of an on-call cardiologist.

The service is supported with direct access to our highly renowned cardiac catheter laboratories and cardiothoracic surgical services.
